NEW FOREST LODGE
A picturesque guest lodge for overnight stays. This little space packs a punch. With clever spatial planning, this unused outbuilding was converted into a luxury overnight guest lodge. We managed to squeeze in a spacious open plan kitchen / living space, a double bedroom and a generous walk in shower room. Using local materials and craftsmen to create a beautiful calming scheme.
A luxury loft apartment with roof terrace. For this project we reconfigured the open plan areas to create a contemporary living space
The kitchen was relocated to allow for a much larger living area which we then opened onto a roof terrace with views reaching to central London.
A contemporary design which combined functionality, style and elegance. Layering a palette of soft mid-tone greys and matte black, which was softened with carrara marble and herringbone flooring. Using concealed appliances to fully maximise potential storage solutions and leave the countertops free.
LONDON LOFT APARTMENT
NEW FOREST COTTAGE
This 150 plus year old cottage was restored back to its former glory. Clever space planning and design ensured that the space was utilised to its maximum potential, using local materials and craftsmen to create a tasteful calming scheme.
COMMERCIAL HEAD OFFICE
A refurbishment of a 56,000 Sq. Ft. head office of a world renowned construction firm. The design brief was to increase the seating capacity to accommodate a rapidly growing workforce. In addition to maximising the office space, we introduced new meeting spaces, break out areas and doubled the number of hospitality points. A bold decorative scheme was introduced via environmentally friendly acoustic wall cladding, bespoke terracotta lighting, moss walls and a vibrant colour scheme.
LONDON TOWN HOUSE
This period property was completely redesigned to suit the tastes and needs of a modern young family. The floor plan was reconfigured to accommodate 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 receptions and cinema room. The clients wanted an eclectic, fun scheme that would reflect their personalities, house their extensive artwork collection and accommodate their growing family. A side extension was added to create a large kitchen reception area with crittall doors opening onto a private garden. A basement was also installed to house a cinema room and private guest suite.
HERTFORDSHIRE VILLA
A single story villa located in the centre of private gardens. The client's children were about to fly the nest and so they enlisted our help to refresh the interior and refurnish the space to give it a more 'grown up' feel. The main reception room was transformed into a formal sitting room with luxury, textured fabrics, a warm neutral palette and floor to ceiling picture window installations. A movie room was introduced with an extra large bespoke corner sofa and ottoman, textured wall coverings and a sleek window dressings.
ROYAL ASCOT RACECOURSE VIP HOSPITALITY SUITE
The brief was to redesign the standard issue VIP box to inject the client's taste and personality. This was to be an intimate space designed to host private parties and corporate guests. We worked closely with the client to curate an equestrian themed gallery wall in addition to designing a bespoke banquette seating area, installing a new floor, decorative scheme and furnishings. A warm and inviting palette was created using vintage style butterscotch leather, smoked glass cantilever side tables and oak flooring.
